SOmething I did for art. We were supposed to draw a realistic, semi-realistic, and then abstract. My fav was the abstraction of the violet, so I chucked the other two because they sucked. :dead: Anyway, this isn't how it really looks. I just really changed the gamma and contrast on the computer. I think the overall effect kicks major ass.

The texture from the cross-hatching and parallel lines adds alot. I like the cool shades (cool as in blues and such whereas reds are 'warm', just so the comment isnt too confusing) that you got from the gamma ajust too.

Lovely. Very lovely. I love the blues in it but perhaps try a style of dark blue and light blue? I don't know. It's your picture. I do like it, though.
